Request Account & Data Deletion
Official Account and Data Deletion Protocol for PassExam CCNA
User Rights Guarantee: In accordance with Google Play User Data Policy, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data stored on our servers.
1. What Data Will Be Deleted
When you submit an account deletion request, the following information will be permanently purged from our database and authentication systems:
- User Profile: Your registered email address, display name, and authentication tokens (Google Sign-In / Firebase Auth).
- Exam History & Progress: All mock exam test attempts, scores, recorded answers, and bookmarks.
- Topic & Analytics Progress: Domain practice mastery scores, mistake book history, and cached performance metrics.
- Device Security Tokens: Bound hardware tokens and authorization timestamps.
2. Data That May Be Retained
- Financial Compliance Records: Transaction IDs or subscription status records processed via Google Play Billing may be retained solely to comply with accounting, legal, and financial reporting obligations.
- Aggregated Data: Fully anonymized question difficulty metrics (which contain no personally identifiable information).
3. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion through either of the following methods:

4. Processing Timeline & Confirmation
- Verification: Upon receiving your request, our support team will verify that the request originates from the email address registered with the account.
- Purge: Once verified, all associated records in Firebase Authentication, Firebase Realtime Database, and Supabase will be completely deleted within 7 to 10 business days.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is finalized.
5. In-App Deletion
You may also log into the application, navigate to Settings ➔ User Profile ➔ Delete Account to trigger immediate self-service account deletion.
